SpiritLeaderWay offers transformative spiritual leadership programs designed for business owners, along with related digital courses and select physical products. Please review these terms before enrolling or purchasing. By accessing our offerings, you agree to comply with this policy.

2. Scope of Services

We provide live workshops, one-on-one coaching and group mentorship sessions focused on cultivating spiritual leadership within a business context ("Services").

3. Information Products

Our digital offerings include e-books, audio guides and pre-recorded courses ("Digital Resources"). Access is provided through download or streaming platforms.

4. Physical Products

Periodically, we offer tangible items such as workbooks and branded merchandise ("Physical Goods"). These are shipped to your provided address.

5. Fees and Payment

All fees are listed on the site at SpiritLeaderWay.top. Payment may be made by credit card or approved electronic transfer. Confirmation is provided upon approval of payment.

6. Reimbursement Policy

For live Services, if you request a reimbursement at least 14 days prior to the scheduled start date, we will process a reimbursement of your fee to the original method of payment within 21 days of approval. Requests made within 14 days of the start date are eligible for a credit toward a future offering of equal value, subject to availability.

Digital Resources are eligible for a reimbursement only if you have not accessed more than 10% of the content. To request, contact us within 7 days of purchase. Approved requests result in a reimbursement within 14 days.

Physical Goods may be eligible for a reimbursement if reported defective within 14 days of delivery. We will provide instructions for shipping the item back at our expense. Upon receipt, a reimbursement will be issued within 21 days. Customized or limited-edition items are not eligible for reimbursement due to their bespoke nature.

7. Scheduling and Transfers

You may transfer your enrollment to another session of equal value at least 14 days prior to the original service date. Transfers are subject to space availability. Digital Resources and Physical Goods are not transferable.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials provided remain the intellectual property of SpiritLeaderWay. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

9. Privacy

We collect personal information to deliver our offerings and maintain records. Please refer to our Privacy Notice for details.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpiritLeaderWay is not liable for any indirect or consequential outcomes arising from use of our offerings.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
